After outlandishly good reviews I decided to purchase Rock Band (PS3). I do a lot of entertaining, and my guests (and myself) loved the game. That’s why I was so excited when I heard Rock Band 2 (PS3) was being released. I was not disappointed.
If you are a current owner of Rock Band for PS3, the first step I recommend you take is to log on to the Playstation store. Once there you can go to the Rock Band area and download the key code. It costs around $5 and allows you to download all Rock Band songs to your hard drive (and subsequently play them with Rock Band 2). Then take your Rock Band to the nearest game store and purchase Rock Band 2 (PS3).
Lets be honest, Rock Band (PS3) does not rely on its graphics to dazzle. It is the overall musical experience and band comorodarie that sets Rock Band apart.
To be honest, Rock Band 2 (PS3) is not a big change from the original Rock Band. The system configuration is slightly upgraded, and the graphics modernized. Other than that, Rock Band 2 (PS3) is more of what we came to love in Rock Band. New songs, new venues, and an amazing band experience are enough to put Rock Band 2 on my favorites list for 2008.
